Our creative and hardworking team help make your event or retreat an experience to remember. We will meet the needs of your group and provide radical hospitality.
I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and recently lived in Columbus, Ohio with my wife Jackie and son Miles. We recently welcomed a second son, Theodore and live on-site at camp. We enjoy playing board games, trivia, hiking trips, and visiting family. I have served in ministry for 10 years and recently in camp ministry for the previous 4 years.
My goal at Camp Koinonia is to constantly think of how we can model Christ’s example while serving thousands of people each year.
Food Services Director
Growing up in the Seattle area, my family has always been involved in the ministry of camp Koinonia. I worked at camp every summer through high school. Hospitality and service are my calling and I am honored to live out this calling. I love the variety and uniqueness of our user groups and the positive impact of fellowship and community built by being at camp.
My goal as the Director of Food Services Is to partner in the success of every camp retreat by providing excellent meals and service for our guests. I look forward to adding new recipes and menus to the Koinonia kitchen!
Interim FACILITIES Director
Dave joined us in June 2019 and will serve as our interim Facilities Director through September 1. We welcome his knowledge, leadership and unique capabilities to director and coordinate projects and staff members.
Food Services coordinator
I was born in Ukraine and adopted at the age of two by my wonderful parents, and Iived in Summer, Washington until I was eight, We then moved to Ellensburg (my four sisters, brother and parents) where we lived on a farm, raised our own food, and had just about any animal you can think of. I did 4-H for 6 years and FFA for 1 year, showing pigs and dairy cows. I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, riding horses and water skiing and many more outdoor activities. I am very excited to be part of this God-loving team!!
I began serving at Camp Koinonia in December of 2017. I enjoy art and working with other people. My favorite aspect of serving at camp is working with my hands and living on-site.
