Seasonal Positions

Winter Break Day Camp Counselor | $16.75-$18 Per hour | hourly | December 29 - January 2

Join us for a week of day camp in the snow! Counselors will lead a trail group of campers through crafts, sledding, games, devotions, and more. Plus, consider joining for our New Year’s Eve overnight lock in. 16+ by December 29th preferred. Attending training on December 13th is required for all new staff. Housing provided.

Local Staff | Full and Part Time Positions

Kitchen Aide | $16.66-$20 per hour | hourly

Work as a member of the Kitchen Crew to ensure a smooth operation of the dining hall by preparing and serving food, washing dishes, and cleaning. Camp Koinonia is seeking applicants who are 16 years or older and available to work consistent shifts (within Washington State labor laws). Groundskeeper | 16.66-18.00 per hour | Hourly

Camp Koinonia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
