Executive Director

Scott comes to Camp Koinonia with 38 years of camp and non-profit organization experience. Scott grew up in Nampa, Idaho and his childhood highlight was attending church camp on Payette Lake! After graduation from NW Nazarene University, he spent 20 years directing YMCA Camps and 10 years with Easterseals directing camps for children and adults with disabilities. Scott is excited to lead the team as we look into the future.

Tammie Webb

GUEST SERVICES

Tammie joins Koinonia with 12+ years Camp/Guest Relations and Food Service experience. Tammie enjoys helping groups have their best camp experience and seeing guests leaving with smiling faces! When she is not busy with work, she loves to spend time with Scott and their 8 Children and 14 Grandchildren!

Page Knight

Program Specialist & Lead Cook

Page has loved working at camp and enjoys the friendly and supportive environment camp provides. She has worked at Camp Koinonia during previous summers as a Day Camp Counselor but took a break after an injury in the summer of 2024. When she returned, she found the staff just as welcoming and supportive, with everyone willing to teach and learn from one another so they are successful. Page especially enjoys helping groups experience the many activities camp has to offer, including the team-building course, archery, and hatchets. She loves teaching and encouraging groups as they work through the activities together!

Hope Gandy

BVS Volunteer

Hope is serving at Camp Koinonia through Brethren Volunteer Service (BVS) for the 2026-2027 year. She grew up in the Church of the Brethren in Pennsylvania and has spent many summers attending Brethren Camps and has spent several summers working at Camp Blue Diamond. She enjoys photography, creativity, and working with others and she’s excited to spend the next year at Camp Koinonia helping with communications, programming, and connecting Koinonia with Brethren churches through out Washington!
