Scott Webb

Executive Director

Scott comes to Camp Koinonia with 38 years of camp and non-profit organization experience. Scott grew up in Nampa, Idaho and his childhood highlight was attending church camp on Payette Lake! After graduation from NW Nazarene University, he spent 20 years directing YMCA Camps and 10 years with Easterseals directing camps for children and adults with disabilities. Scott is excited to lead the team as we look into the future.

Tammie Webb

GUEST SERVICES/FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR

Tammie joins Koinonia with 12+ years Camp/Guest Relations and Food Service experience. Tammie enjoys helping groups have their best camp experience and seeing guests leaving with smiling faces! When she is not busy with work, she loves to spend time with Scott and their 8 Children and 14 Grandchildren!

Melissa “Honeybee” Hinton

Human Resources manager

Honeybee grew up attending Camp Koinonia throughout childhood. She has worked at Camp Koinonia a cumulative of 21 summers! The last 8 as the Full time Food Service Director. This year HoneyBee is transitioning into an HR role here at Koinonia. HoneyBee can be found in her office in the K-house also known as “The Hive’”. Don’t worry though., this HoneyBee is all buzz and no sting!

Lisa Tribble

Food Service Director

Lisa brings 27 years of classroom teaching experience and a lifelong love of camp, having cooked at various camps and developed a passion for preparing comfort food that everyone enjoys. After moving to Cle Elum in 2019, she initially commuted to Seattle so her children could continue their schooling, but a summer working at Camp Koinonia sparked a lasting connection to the community and its meaningful work. A true “camp person” at heart, Lisa values the growth, belonging, and connections that camp fosters, and she lives in Cle Elum with her husband, cherishing time with their three grown children and extended family.

“Oakley”

Facilities Director

Oakley joined the Camp Koinonia team as a housekeeper in March 2025 and move into the Facilities Director role in Winter of 25/26. She is the one who quietly keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of the camp. From deep-cleaning cabins to ensuring all equipment works properly, Oakley takes pride in the details that make every space welcoming and guest-ready. A true lover of the outdoors, Oakley enjoys hiking in the surrounding area, and this connection to nature is reflected in the care put into maintaining a clean, inviting camp environment, making the magic of camp possible for every visitor.

Juliana Luce

outdoor adventure facilitator

Juliana has been working on and off at Camp Koinonia for about six years. She earned her A.A. in Social Sciences from Bellevue Community College, but her true passion is working with children. She also loves outdoor recreation, so Camp Koinonia is the perfect place for her to foster a fun environment for kids while promoting God and nature. Seeing the smiles on their faces is an incredibly rewarding experience for her. She recently married, and she and her husband live in Ellensburg, where they attend church and spend their free time exploring the mountains with their dog.


Ashley Felts

Administrative & social media assistant

Ashley is part of the Camp Koinonia team, managing social media and sharing the heart of camp with families and supporters. A homeschool mom and former Homeschool Collective Coordinator, she has spent years creating programs and experiences for kids and families in the Cle Elum community. Ashley loves capturing meaningful moments, celebrating camp life, and helping others see and feel what God is doing at Camp Koinonia.
