ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN! WE HAVE OPEN WEEKENDS IN MAY, EARLY JUNE, LATE AUGUST AND THE FALL.

Our facility typically operates as a Christian summer camp for children. We have a heated swimming pool, trout pond, basketball court, sand volleyball, games, hiking trails and picnic areas. Our facility sits on 111 acres and is set on the side of the cascade mountains in Cle Elum, Washington.

*Please note that this is a non-profit operation and we want to encourage people with children and those looking for a relaxing quiet camping experience to make reservations. Each guest will need to sign an understanding of our camp’s policies and procedures before entering the facilities.

RV SPACES (2 Night Minimum)

$80.00 Per Night (Weekends) / $72 per night (weekdays)

Our RV loop has 18 spaces with 7 pull through options. First come first served. Each space has a 30 amp service and water hook-up. Swimming will be offered during the day and limited to encourage social distancing. Located within walking distance are 4 bathrooms and 2 showers. Each space comes with a picnic table and the option to borrow a firepit or build one using bricks. Propane fire-pits can be rented for $10 per day + propane. Live burn pits are allowed with bowl or brick circle unless burn permit is cancelled by marshal.

$50.00 Per Night (Weekends) / $45.00 per night (weekdays)

Our woods are filled with unique camping spaces surrounded by towering pines. Each camping space has a water hookup and 20-30 amp electric. Each space can have up to 6 guests, 2 tents and 2 vehicles that we ask are parked away from site when possible. Located within walking distance are 4 bathrooms and 2 showers. The spaces are first come first served.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our camp is not designed or meant to be a party area for large groups. We are encouraging families, families with kids, couples, and small quiet groups of friends to make reservations. Please check the list below to make sure this camp is a good fit for you.

  • Payment is due at time of registration via HipCamp. No cancellations within 1 week of reservation.

    Check-in after 2pm and Check-out is 12:00pm.

  • Create a tab at the snack shack and pay before you leave.

  • No public alcohol use outside of your campsite.

  • No inappropriate behavior of any kind. Again we are a family camp and wish to keep all of our guests comfortable and safe.

  • Guests must wear shoes or sandals around camp and on hiking trails.

  • No more than 2 dogs per site. Dogs must always be leashed and under owners control.

  • Burn Bans - Camp Koinonia follows burn bans which are published by our county. No unauthorized live burn fires will be allowed.

  • Propane grills and firepits are always okay, but we will not allow charcoal during a burn ban.

  • Quiet hours begin nightly at 10pm and last until 8am. Music should be kept to a reasonable levels at all times of the day and we ask that it remain family friendly at all times.

  • No more than 2 vehicles per campsite.

  • Guests must observe restricted area signs.

  • Swimming in the pond is not allowed without a lifeguard. Swimming in the pool will ALWAYS have a lifeguard. The gate is locked during non-swimming hours.

  • Max 1-2 fish to keep per person; catch and release must use a barb less hook or pinched hook.

  • Garbage: guests must collect all their garbage at the end of their stay and bring it with them or utilize the dumpster.
